Music Producer

Shape the sonic identity of Synesthesia. Produce, mix, and master original music alongside artists and engineers.
About the role
Synesthesia is looking for a music producer to help drive the sound of our releases. You will work hands-on with artists from initial idea to final master, run sessions, and contribute creatively to arrangements, sound design, and production decisions.
What you'll do
- Produce, arrange, mix, and master original tracks.
- Run recording sessions and direct vocalists or instrumentalists.
- Build original sample libraries, presets, and production templates.
- Collaborate with design and video teams on releases.
What we're looking for
- A strong portfolio of released or self-released work.
- Fluency with a modern DAW such as Ableton, Logic, Pro Tools, or FL Studio.
- Sound design and synthesis chops, mixing instincts, and a clear point of view.
